About

Twenty years in IT. Now focused on AI.

My first job, back in 2004, was with a four-person startup called AviBit. We built software for air traffic control — a domain where wrong code can cost lives. Those four people grew, over the years, into the international group now known as ADB Safegate, with around 1,500 employees. I grew with it: from developer to project lead, to product manager, and at times also to head of the development department.

Today I’m glad to continue advising ADB Safegate. In parallel I am building a second pillar in AI and automation, because I am convinced these technologies are now genuinely usable (and frankly unavoidable) for companies of any size.

My style: pragmatic, honest, customer-focused. I do not sell AI hype — I sell solutions to specific problems. In a first conversation we work out together whether I’m the right partner for your project.

How I work

Three steps. No PowerPoint marathon.

What a project actually looks like, from first message to delivered result. Concrete, no slide-deck theatre.

  1. Understand

A short, free initial conversation. You describe the problem, I listen and give you an honest assessment of whether I am the right partner.

  2. Outline

A concise written outline — with transparent effort, clear value and a realistic timeline. No PowerPoint marathon.

  3. Deliver

I deliver myself or coordinate with specialists from my network. Clear milestones, regular updates, no surprises at the finish line.

Contact

Let’s talk.

A first conversation is free and non-binding. Thirty minutes is usually enough to see whether we’re a fit — and if we’re not, I’ll tell you so just as honestly.

Book a first call

30 minutes, free, no strings attached. We talk through your idea, the likely obstacles and sensible next steps — and whether I’m the right partner.
